Zia Ali, a skilled restaurateur who has worked in the industry for over 28 years, established Sathi Restaurant in 1994 and has built it into a successful restaurant that attracts local and celebrity guests.
Over the last 12 years Zia has built Sathi into an award-winning restaurant, gaining the title of Best South Asian Restaurant in South West Hertfordshire in 2005; local MP David Gauke and popular, renowned celebrity chef Ross Burden presented the awarded. 

Spice Restaurant is a non-smoking restaurant that seats 53 guests and is the ideal venue for a night out with family or friends, an
important business meeting or a romantic evening.
Spice is available for private party hire, giving you exclusive use of the whole restaurant. Spice also offers a catering service for corporate or private functions.
